We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Violence Prevention Specialist to join our team and lead efforts in reducing and preventing violence across various settings, including schools, workplaces, and communities. This role involves developing and implementing strategies, programs, and policies aimed at identifying risk factors, promoting safety, and fostering a culture of nonviolence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, psychology, public health, or a related field, and possess experience in conflict resolution, crisis intervention, and community outreach. This position requires a proactive and empathetic approach, as well as the ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations. You should be passionate about creating safer environments and empowering individuals and communities to take an active role in preventing violence.
If you are committed to making a meaningful impact and have the expertise to lead violence prevention initiatives, we encourage you to apply.
